This is an ancient form of foot massage. It has been used in China for more than 3000 years and is good for stimulating the activity of internal organs and to improve blood and lymph circulation.
For this type of massage a rounded wooden stick, called Mai, is used to stimulate the reflex points on the feet.
It works on all aspects of the feet, lower legs and knees. (60min)

This ancient oriental massage is taught at the temple of Wat Po in Bangkok, Thailand. It is a whole body massage and is performed fully clothed on a firm thick mat on the floor.

A series of manipulations and stretches are combined with stimulation of the energy paths of the body through pressure point massage. It will relax muscles, aid mobility of joints, disperse toxic build up, stimulate internal organs, increase blood and lymph flow. This is a very energising treatment. (approx. 75min)

This is an amalgamation between aromatherapy and reflexology. An essential oil blend made based on your medical background and a reading of your feet. This synergetic blend will be put in a special cream and applied to your feet in a set way. It is a very powerful treatment. The rest of the cream together with reflex point to work on will be given to you for extended home use. (approx. 60mins)

Treatments will be carried out with you either laid down or seated. The Reiki treatment carried out need not involve physical contact, or the removal of clothes, as Reiki channels through to the person's energy field with or without obstruction.
A Reiki session may sometimes bring up emotions or memories of experiences from your past, some of which you may have forgotten about. This is part of the Reiki healing process and is there to allow you to release and grow. We are only reminded of these feelings and events because we are strong enough and ready to face them again.
Mostly people fall asleep in a Reiki treatment, or feel the effects a couple of days
later when things start to change and fall into place.
People use Reiki to relax and strengthen their well-being; reduce pain, anxiety, and fatigue; help manage symptoms; reduce side effects of medications; and support recovery after injuries or surgery. Reiki can also be used in a combination with other treatments.
